Why I now sell property

Buying a property in Spain can be an exciting but daunting experience with many pitfalls, especially if you are not guided by the right person. My aim is to make your buying experience as easy and simple as possible. So that the time you are here when you are buying your property is as relaxing as the time you will spend here once you have bought your new home.  Whether you buy from me, or another agent there are a few important things I would like to say to you, when coming across here, you normally have a budget, and a "wish list" for the property you are planning to buy.  Stay as close to your budget as you possible can, exceeding ones budget could at a later date be distressing, neither of us would want to go down that road.   So I would work hard to find the right property for you within the budget you have allocated so everyone can enjoy the experience.
