In this secion you will not find to many questions asked and answered as we all have different needs, and different questions, like "what about schooling for my children? What is the healthcare like? Tax system? Do I need to register at the town hall? What I will tell you is that I pledge to help you find the answer to each individual question, regarding schools, hospitals and health care. To find the right Fiscal representative, also called a Gestor, for you and your needs, and also if you want them to speak your native tongue, we have several fiscal representative, in and around Torrevieja, speaking a multitude of languages.  The law in Spain changed some years back, and now both buyer and seller have to have a Fiscal Representative on the completion date.

 

Property Types in Spain

Apartment - all on one floor in a building with at least 3 floors

Townhouse - terraced house with at least 2 floors (does not have to be in the town)

Chalet - detached or semi-detached property

Villa - detached or semi-detached property, generally in own grounds with own swimming pool

Duplex - apartment spanning 2 floors in a building of at least 3 storeys.

Penthouse - apartment or duplex on the top floor of an apartment building.
